With 10 years of experience at Ross, both as a freelancer and full-time, Lance has been a key member of the Engineering department through the rebranding of RPS. From hands-on engineering work in the field to overseeing the design and full in-house integration of trucks, Lance has played an instrumental role in building solutions from the ground up. His expertise ensures that clients’ visions are brought to life seamlessly and effectively.

With over 35 years of production experience, JV specializes in offering a wide variety of production and operational solutions to clients whose needs range from major network shows to corporate presentations.  His background at ESPN leading remote event production included management of the NCAA Championships, college football and The Home Depot College Football Awards.

With over 20 years of experience at all levels of production, Chad Pothoff serves as Director of Production Operations at RPS. With stops at the professional and collegiate level, Chad brings a wealth of solutions to fit any clients vision. 

Keri joined RPS as the Director of Business Operations in February 2024, after spending 22 years at ESPN, where her background included roles in Production, Production Management, and Business Operations. 

Her team focuses on the backend businesses that keep RPS running smoothly and efficiently for both our customers and our employees, including the areas of sales orders, finance, payroll, and travel.
 
Keri’s time is focused on driving financial and resource efficiencies, establishing and implementing streamlined processes, and supporting the growth of RPS.
